Rock Band’s Never Ending Setlist
Last night I attained “Legendary Status” on Rock Band by doing the never ending setlist (84 songs), on the drums, on hard (not good enough to do more than a handful on expert). It took me about 30hrs to accomplish (left the xbox on overnight hoping it wouldn’t fry).
Talk about painful! I dunno… putting Painkiller as the last song (and presumably the hardest) is funny… that one I can do easy enough, but that freakin’ Dream Theatre song had me boo’d off a few times before I nailed it. 392/420 stars for the whole set. I even beat two songs on hard that I had never beaten before.
Of course, this morning I woke up and could barely move my wrist and my knee hurts like hell. Such is the price of satisfaction I guess. =)

Nice! I like GH and RB very much but I only use to play the plastic guitar.
What about the drumset? I often read that it break down after a while.
What about your’s? Still workin?

I broke the drumset for RB quite a while ago (from the first RB). I think it broke a month or two after RB2 came out. The pads were ok, but the foot pedal snapped off on me.
So I got the ION rocker drumkit (I think that’s what it’s called). Really decent quality and much better than the drums provided with RB. Cost quite a bit to get, but I really enjoy playing the drums so it was worth it for me.
I like playing the guitar too… I should find myself the new GH guitar with the slider on the neck (GH Metallic makes mention of it… I’ve never actually seen it and I didn’t bother with the GH World Tour). I didn’t like the RB guitar at all.

Ummm, I have no clue how to get to Neverending setlist. When your on Rock Band 1, and you want to do it by yourself on Expert Guitar. Where do you go? I never figured out how to do this. I always hear about it and see peoples status’s better than mine online. You need to get pretty far in Rock Band 2 to get the never-ending setlist (unlock the last city, I believe). As for Rock Band 1 and guitar on expert… I have no idea… I can in no way play the guitar on expert except for a few of the starter songs maybe. =)
